21st Century Digital Marketing Professional Service Fee Structure

Projects Consist Of: 
  • Database Management System
  • Campaigns: A Digital Marketing Sequence Consisting of One Automated Action 
  • Automations: A Digital Marketing Sequence Consisting of Multiple Automated Actions Over A Period Of Time
  • 3rd-Party Print and/or Advertising Fees (Facebook, Bing, Google Ads, etc.)
Database Management Fees: Are Based on the number of Active contacts in the database at the end of each fiscal month. There are two versions of the Database: Lite and Small Business (click here for Contact Database fee structure based on number of contacts)


Minimum Monthly Digital Marketing Assistant Fee
  • $35 Fixed Fee Includes:
  • Daily Monitoring of Account
  • Routine Maintenance as Necessary
  • Month End Reporting 
A Campaign Consists Of:

  • Creation of Landing Page and Lead Capture Form
  • Development of a "Lead Magnet"
  • One automatically "Triggered" email response. Client participates in development of email content
  • Contact "Tagging" for future marketing actions
  • Inclusion and Management of new prospects into the contact management system
  • Client will be billed at the rate of $50 per hour to create and launch the Campaign
An Automation Consists Of:

  • A "Sequence" of automatically "triggered" email responses. Client participates in development of email content
  • Contact "tagging" for future marketing actions
  • Inclusion and management of new prospects into the Contact Management System

Third-Party Advertising Fees (paid by client):

  • Any and All Digital Advertising Fees Spent With 3rd-Party Vendors (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, etc.
  • Any and All Print Advertising Fees
